Entrance, hall, spacious living room with sofa, fireplace, large-screen digital TV with DVD and access to covered terrace with garden furniture. Luxurious open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, espres maker, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. In the attic there is a hall, a second separate toilet and two bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Heated by fireplace, in bathroom a floor electric heating. Large fenced garden, garden furniture, portable grill, rocking benche, sandbox and swing. Private covered parking lot for two smaller cars by the house.

Cot on request for a fee EUR 10,-/week. Pets are not allowed. There is a washing machine, wifi to disposal. The electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. A package of wood for a fireplace is included in price, more wood for a fee on the spot. Smoking is permitted only on the ground floor terrace. The windows are fitted with blinds and mosquito nets. The villa is suitable for up to 5 persons + baby.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of a town Nova Bystrice, about 15 km south of the town Jindrichuv Hradec, just 3 km from the border with Austria. The villa is located in an area known as "Ceska Kanada", which is characterized by gently rolling landscape with large fields and forests. The surrounding countryside offers ideal conditions for hiking and biking along the paved and well marked hiking paths and trails. The noise of the town is far away but the big cities like Prague, Brno and Vienna are easy reachable (maximum two hours by car). There you will find a wide range of historical little towns, where you can conveniently shop and eat. You can also visit the famous spa town Trebon – the town spa baths are coming from the middle age and they are adapted to all wishes of the modern age, Another great historic town of Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO heritage list) is not far away. Other tips on trips: the ruins Landstejn 10 km, chateu Jindrichuv Hradec 15 km, chateu Trebon 27 km, chateu Zirovnice 28 km, the historical town of Telc 42 km, military fortifications and bunkers from the second World War 10 km, a beautiful town with catacombs Slavonice 20 km or buffalo ranch in Klenova 7 km.
Distances: Basic food 200 m, restaurant and bike rental (Nova Bystrice) 500 m, supermarket and water park with a sauna (Jindrichuv Hradec) 15 km. Aguapark with thermal salt water (Gmund - Austria) 30 km. Tennis court in the village 1 km. Just a short walk from the house there is a beautiful golf courte with nine or eighteen holes (Golf Resort Monachus) – the courts are one of the best in the Czech Republic, due to experts. On the Austrian side of the border there also are more championship golf courts - the 36-hole Golf Resort Haugschlag and five 18-hole golf courtes nearby. Natural swimming pool with a boat rental, surfboards and pedal boats (Osika) 24 km. Here you can also go fishing (permit required). The forest 500 m. In the sourrounding you will also find a climbing center and a narrow-gauge railway with steam train with a possibility of a sightseeing tours.
