Spacious cottage, which was created by the reconstruction of a former South Bohemian farm with an enclosed courtyard and garden. Separate common room with fireplace, retro radio and dining table with seating with an access from the courtyard. Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and radio. Kitchen with dining area, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas stove, cooking equipment and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and single bed. In the second bedroom a bunk bed and 2 single beds with the possibility of an extra bed. The building is heated by gas heating. Fenced garden with covered seating and a small portable charcoal grill. There is a sandpit, swing, slide and table tennis in the garage for kids. Parking in front of the building for 2 cars or on the landlord's side plot.

In southern Bohemia, in the small village of Hluboká u Borovan, 4 km east of Borovany, 20 km southwest of the spa town of Třeboň and 11 km north of Trhové Sviny. The cottage is located in an ideal area for various excursions, both on foot and by bicycle. There are many tourist destinations in the area, including cycling routes. You can visit, for example, the town of Třeboň with its castle and famous South Bohemian ponds. Rybník svět offers the possibility of water sports, including boat and pedal boat rental 17 km. Also in the vicinity of the Borovany monastery 4 km, Dvorec ZOO 7 km, Jílovice brewery 6 km or the birthplace of Jan Žižka, Trocnov village 9 km.
Distances: Basic food, pub and bus stop (in the village), restaurant, post office, cafe, ATM, swimming pool, information center (Borovany) 4 km, indoor pool and sauna (Třeboň) 20 km, fishing with a permit on Linda pond 1.5 km and Lhotka 10 km.
