Kitchen with dining table, fridge / freezer, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Basement with table, benches and kitchen. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Back entrance, hallway and two toilets with sink. Outside the house bike and ski storage. First floor: hall with kitchen, hallway with access to the living / bedroom with TV, a pull-out double sofa bed and a single bed and access to the bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the hall is a second hallway with access to the living / bedroom with TV and two pull out sofa beds like two double beds and access to the twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. First floor: entrance hall and two bedrooms with four beds each. Heating and hot water on gas. Large garden, garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m. Own parking. Occupancy of a maximum of 13/15 people.

    Note on accommodation

    Non smoking property. Pets are not allowed. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week and gas consumption shall be paid on the spot. Washing mashine and Wi-Fi internet connection at disposal. Refundable deposit EUR 160,-. Clients take their own bedlinen with them, or they can rent it for a fee EUR 2,-/set. The prices in the pricelist are stated for max. 10 persons and 4 extra persons (extrabeds) are possible after an agreement with the owner and for a fee of EUR 56,-/person/week.

    Location description

    In Eagle mountain, near the centre of the town Cervena Voda, about 6 km south of the town Kraliky, and ca 6 km from the border with Poland. The house is after a complete reconstruction is situated on a very quiet place. An ideal place for quiet and relaxing holidays - a plenty of opportunities for both summer and winter holidays. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for hiking, biking and making many of various trips. The unique location also offers trips to Poland, both by car and by foot or bike. Among many attractions lets name for example the monastery Kraliky 6 km, the lookout tower Suchy Vrch (995 meters) - the most massive tower of Eagle mountains 7 km, the chateaus Lanskroun 25 km, Letohrad 28 km.
    Distances: Basic food, restaurant, tennis court and horse riding (Cervena Voda) ca 400 m. Supermarket, other restaurant and out-door swimming pool (Kraliky) 6 km. Indoor pool (Zábreh) 25 km. Swimming, beach, doing water sports, boat rental and possibility of fishing (with permit) in a big recreational dam Pastviny 21 km. Golf court (Zamberk) 30 km. The forest 200 m.
    Winter info: Ski area Bukova hora 2 km – here you can find more than 50 km adjusted cross country trials, than skiing school, night skiing, ski rental, snow park and much more supplementary service. Ski park Cervena Voda (a new ski resort in Eagle mountain) with 4 seats lift is only 2 km distanced form the house.

      Chybějící toaletní papír a některé drobnosti vybavení kuchyně a úklidových prostředků.Ale to jsou maličkosti.Vyborne hodnotíme komunikaci s agenturou i msjitelem.Byli jsme hodně spokojeni.
