Free-standing mountain cottage, renovated in 2011, nicely and comfortably furnished. There are three separate apartments, each with small kitchenette and own bathroom with shower enclosure and toilet. On the ground floor there is for all together a common room with dining tables (for up to 25 persons) and TV, then open kitchen with a beer tap, electric cooker with electric oven, dishwasher, two fridge with freezer, electric kettle and microwave oven. From this common room is entrance to the playroom with billard, darts and table football. Bathroom with shower enclosure and separate toilet.
Apartment no. 1: groundfloor, small kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed and one double bed, bedroom with double bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower enclosure and separate toilet.
On the first floor there are two apartments.
Apartment no. 2: bedroom with one single bed, TV and small kitchenette, bedroom with two single beds and one double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower enclosure and separate toilet.
Apartment no. 3: bedroom with one single bed, TV and small kitchenette, two bedrooms - each with bunk bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower enclosure and separate toilet.
Automatic central coal heating. There is non fenced garden with garden furniture, garden fireplace, portable grill, then also campfire with sitting and swimming pool (diameter 4,5 m) at disposal. For children swing, sandbox and trampoline. Parking lot for ca 8 cars.Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
Pets are not allowed. There is an infra sauna. Billard € 12,-/stay. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot (ca CZK 1.000,- per week in summer, ca CZK 2.000,- per week in winter). During the winter season is the automatic central coal heating in price included. The stays run from Sunday till Sunday. Off the main seasons are special stays possible. The cottage is suitable for up to 25 persons.

Secluded, in a protected area of Eagle mountains, on a beautiful quiet place on a hill near the forest, at the very end of the mountain village Zdobnice v Orlickych horach, 18 km northeast of the town Rychnov nad Kneznou and only about 10 km from the border with Poland. The mountain chalet is located directly above the ski resort Zdobnice, overlooking the ski slopes. An ideal place for a quiet holiday in the arms of a beautiful nature. The area offers many opportunities for summer and winter holiday - in summer a wonderful trails for hiking and biking and plenty of tourist destinations, in winter excellent conditions for downhill and cross country skiing. Among the many attractions lets name for example castle Rychnov nad Kneznou 18 km, castle Castolovice 25 km, fortress from the second world war Hanicka 20 km, the ruins Potstejn 20 km, castles Doudleby 25 km, Skalka 24 km and Opocno 30 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Zdobnice) 150 - 500 m. Supermarket, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court (Rokytnice v Orlickych horach) 10 km. Mini golf, golf court and horseback riding (Nebeska Rybna) 5 km. Swimming, water sports, boat and pedal boat rental and an opportunity to do fishing (permit required) in dam Pastviny ca 20 km.
Winter info: in winter excellent conditions for downhill and cross country skiing. Just below the cottage there is located a ski centre Zdobnice (five ski lifts, ski school, artificial snow, night skiing and ski rental). From the house you can also easily reach the ski lift and get back. Other ski resorts – Ricky v Orlickych horach ca 10 km and Destne v Orlickych horach 15 km - lifts, cabines, slopes, service and rental equipment, night skiing and more.
