Living room with dining table for 8 persons, armchairs, seating group, tiled stove and LCD satellite TV. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor and attic a total of 4 bedrooms. First bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with one double bed and extra bed, third bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed and fourth bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor second bathroom with tub, sink and toilet. In the basement there is a common room with billiards, board games, table tennis and second kitchen. Next to the common room third toilet with sink and washing machine. For a fee you can use the wellness room with sauna and stylish cooling barrel. There is also a garden with an outdoor seating area, sun loungers, a garden grill, a trampoline and an above-ground swimming pool. Parking directly at the house for up to 3 vehicles.

In the heart of the Ore Mountains, in West Bohemia, approximately 17 km northwest of Karlovy Vary and 15 km from the German border. The house is located on the outskirts of the village Tisová and it is mostly surrounded by forest, which can be seen directly from the garden and terraces. The place is easily accessible from nearby Nejdek and guarantees enough peace in close connection with nature. Right next to the house there is a cycle path, which spreades into a network of cycling and hiking trails throughout the area. This allows you to reach most of the area's attractions easily by bike or on foot. We recommend visiting the stone lookout tower Pajndl on Tisovský Hill (1.8 km on foot), Upper Castle (29 km), the royal castle Loket (27 km) or the summer house Ostrov with the castle park (20 km). You can spend the whole day in Karlovy Vary (17 km), where you can admire beautiful colonnades, thermal springs, a glass workshop or the unique Church of Sts. apostles Peter and Paul.
