Apartment 1 has a bedroom with one double bed and a bunk bed. Living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric and microwave oven and fridge. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Apartment 2 has a bedroom with three beds. Living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric and microwave oven and fridge. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor there is a corridor and entrance to two apartments:
Apartment 3 has two bedrooms, together with 2x double beds and a single bed. Living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric and microwave oven and fridge. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Apartment 4 has a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. Living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric and microwave oven and fridge. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Central heating and the possibility of additional heating with a fireplace stove. In South Bohemia, by Lipno dam, ca 3 km to the northeast from Černá v Pošumaví and 19 km to the west from historical city of Český Krumlov (UNESCO), 17 km from Austrian borders (using ferry). Very pleasant location in a small village of Mokrá, ca 1,5 km from Lipno dam which offers enormous opportunities of entertainment such as swiming and other water sports, hiking and cycling in the area. In the surrounding area you can find a lot of attractions and interesting places, f.e. unique historical town of Český krumlov 19 km, Zlatá Koruna monastery 24 km, Vyšší Brod monastery 32 km, capital of South Bohemia České Budějovice 41 km, chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou with hunter´s logde Ohrada and ZOO 50 km.
