On the ground floor dining table for 4 people, sofa (foldable into an extra bed 200x135 cm), LCD TV and kitchenette with double hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker for capsules and utensils. Bathroom with shower (sloping ceiling, comfortable for figures up to 175 cm), sink and toilet. In the attic bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed (mattress on the ground). Heating of the house with infrared panels. Guests have access to a shared garden with a trampoline, an above-ground pool and a private covered seating area with a fireplace. Parking possible by the house.

Pets are not allowed. The price includes electricity consumption, bed linen and towels. The garden is shared with the house JC0316 at the other end of the garden, where the landlord lives with family and whose ground floor can also be ordered to increase capacity. Right at the popular Lipno Lake in Šumava region, in the tourist destination Frymburk, 23 km south of Český Krumlov. Accommodation can be found in a quiet part of the village, within walking distance of the center and beaches. Not only the city of Frymburk, but the entire Lipno coast offers excellent conditions for summer tourism and recreation by the lake. Here you will find a beautiful bike path along the bank of the dam (only 50 m from the house), plenty of restaurants, opportunities for cruises around Lipno, viewpoints, natural monuments in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area and other attractions. These include the Treetop Trail and bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou (7 km), the Vyšší Brod Monastery (18 km), Rožmberk Castle (19 km) and the famous historic town of Český Krumlov (23 km).
