Cottage with a garden on the bank of the pond. On the ground floor kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, mini electric oven, refrigerator and kettle. Dining room with sofa and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Separate toilet. In the attic living room with TV and sofa (extra bed). First bedroom with a double bed and two sofas (2 extra beds for children or adults with limited comfort). Second bedroom with a double bed and sofa (foldable into a double bed, in terms of comfort also suitable for children). Heating of the cottage by a direct heater or a wood-burning fireplace. Guests have access to a partially fenced garden with a fireplace and outdoor seating. Parking directly in front of the cottage.

Between two protected areas Kokořínsko and České Středohoří, in the famous pond area, 40 km from Ústí nad Labem and 8 km south of Česká Lípa. The house is located on the shore of the pond Holanský in the quiet village of Holany. Entrance to the pond directly from the garden. The location is known mainly for its beautiful landscape, which is ideal to explore from the saddle of the bike thanks to many bike paths and marked trails. You can ride through nearby protected areas, to local ruins and chateaux or along the shores of ponds, including the famous Máchovo Lake (14 km). In the area we can find, for example, the national park Peklo u Sosnové, the famous castles Houska (27 km) and Kokořín (29 km) in the PLA Kokořínsko, the chateau Doksy (15 km) and much more.
