This holiday home with two entrances stands on a spacious and sunny plot. The upper entrance, hallway, living room with sofa bed (two extra beds), satellite TV, video and DVD player. Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave and washing machine and a dining area with a table for six and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room a staircase leads to two bedrooms in the attic. The first with two single beds and one with four single beds. Ground floor entrance with hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, sauna, and stairs to the kitchen. Electric heating. The house stands on a large enclosed garden with garden furniture, part of which is used as an ornamental garden and the larger part is especially suitable for children and ball games etc. Large fireplace, sandpit and swing for children. A garden house is ready for children, where you can play even while bad weather. Parking on the property.

Holiday home in the village in Fojtka in Jizera mountains, about 8 km to the north of the town of Liberec and 20 km from the border with Germany Hradek nad Nisou. Ideal for a family holiday. The house is in a quiet location in the central part of the village. During the year, the area has a lot to offer - in the summer it is best for nature and hiking lovers (many kilometers of marked hiking, biking and inline skating paths). Unique location also offers golfers one of the finest golf courses in the country on-Ypsilon Golf area, which is just 300 meters away from the hut. Known routes - Single- track about 10 km. The nearest swimming in the dam in the village Fojtka 400 meters, or aqua park in Liberec 8 km. The area is ideal for hiking and taking various trips. Observation Tower on Jested (1012 m) 11 km offers fantastic views over the surrounding countryside to a distance of 50 km, Castle Lemberk 23 km, Castle Frýdlant 14 km, Libverda Spa 18 km, Castle Sychrov 28 km, Castle Velky Rohozec 30 km, Castle Frydstejn 28 km, the capital city of Prague 100 km.
