A dining room with a dining table for 8 people and an LED TV, which is connected by a living room with a sofa set, a smart LED TV and a decorative fireplace. First bathroom with shower over bath and sink. Separate WC. A total of 4 bedrooms in the attic. First three bedrooms with double beds. Fourth bedroom with two single beds and sitting area. All bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the attic there is also a second bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet. Separate third toilet. Heating of the house centrally with gas. Guests have at their disposal a huge fully fenced garden, a covered sitting area with a garden grill, an inground pool with a roof and a fire pit with seating. In the Giant Mountains, in a quiet part of the town of Vrchlabí, 18 km from Špindlerův Mlýn, 30 km from Trutnov, 35 km from Sněžka. The house stands on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet area and is bordered from several directions by bushes, mature trees and a meadow, which ensures enough privacy for guests when moving around the garden. Right in Vrchlabí, also referred to as the "gateway to the Krkonoše Mountains", you can find several monuments - the Vrchlabí Castle with the castle park, the church of St. Augustin, the natural exhibition Stone and Life, several museums and much more. The location is also very suitable for bicycles thanks to the network of cycle paths. In the surrounding area, we can recommend, for example, Pecka Castle (22 km), Treetop Trail (16 km), Černohorské peat bog (24 km) or a trip to Sněžka, the highest mountain in the Czech Republic (35 km).
