Description of accommodation

Free-standing house, newly built in the year of 2008 and very well furnished. Entry, hall, sitting room with dining tables for a total of 16 people, fireplace and television with satellite and DVD. Modern kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher for dishes. The bathroom with shower, toilet and a sauna. The second toilet is separate. In the first floor there is a second bathroom with double shower and double sink, another separate toilet and five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two separate beds, second bedroom has two separate beds and one queen-size bed, third bedroom with queen-size bed and one single bed, and the fourth bedroom with queen-size bed and a fold-out double bed and fifth bedroom with queen-size bed. Central heating (solid fuels). House stands on not fenced ground, there is a terrace available, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill, fireplace, sand pit and swing. Clients have also playroom with table tenis, darts and camrubina at their disposal. Swimming pool (4,6 in diameter). Private parking for 6 to 8 cars.

Note on accommodation

One small pet is allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Washing machine at disposal. Internet connection possible. The last 200 m of the feeder road is very steep slope. In winter it is necessary to use snow chains. The refundable deposit EUR 250,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The landlord has in the back of the house a small apartment and maximally respects the privacy of the guests.

In the Giant Mountains, at an altitude of approximately 650 m above sea level, on the outskirts of the town Jablonec nad Jizerou, in the slope in a forest with a creek nearby. Border with Poland is far only 16 km, border with Germany 90 km. House stands almost alone as the last one at the total border of the town, there are only deep forests behind it (Paradise of the mushroom-pickers). From the house is a beautiful view over the valley, you can enjoy the mountain meadows and forests in the vicinity. The area is ideal for mountaineering and hiking and riding the mountain bicycles. In the vicinity there is a lot of attractions - such as Caves of Bozkov 11 km, Mumlava waterfalls 13 km, chateau Hobart 16 km. The possibility of sightseeing flights at the sport airport Lanov 24 km
Distances: The essential grocery shop, restaurants and other facilities 300 m. Restaurant (Rokytnice nad Jizerou) 5 km.
