Free standing house, modern and comfortably furnished. Entrance, entrance hall, spacious sitting room. Living room with a dining table for 6 persons, fire stove, sitting area for 6 persons and TV. Then there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave oven, fridge and a kettle. There are 2 bedrooms in the attic. The first one has two double beds, an extra bed and a baby cot and the second one has two single beds. Bathroom with a bath tub, washbasin and a toilet. Heated centrally and with the fire stove for solid fuel. There is a large fenced garden with a covered porch, terrace with sitting furniture, garden fire stove, smokehouse, volleyball net, badminton bads, ball, outdoor darts and trampoline. For the smallest ones a sandbox and swing. Parking directly by the house.

The surroundings is ideal for walking and biking on many trails around the river Elbe and for visiting various attractions such as the safari in Dvur Kralove (12 km) or the most beautiful water project Les Kralovstvi (only 400 m) and historical monuments such as castles Pecka (9 km),Kumburk (20 km), Ratiborice (23 km) or Kuks, Nachod, and so more.
