The kitchen is connected to the living room with sofa (extra bed) and LCD TV. Bathroom with shower in bathtub and sink. Separate toilet. In the attic the first bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of one extra bed. Second bedroom with three single beds and the possibility of one extra bed. Heating of the house with central electric heaters. Guests also have a fenced garden with outdoor seating and a fireplace. Parking directly in front of the house or in the garage.

In southern Bohemia, right in the center of the historic town of Netolice, 18 km east of Prachatice and 24 km from České Budějovice. The house is located a few steps from the historic city center and at the same time in a quiet location, so guests can sit in the garden right by the Netolický stream and relax without being disturbed by the city life. Interesting monuments are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Well accessible on foot is, for example, the beautiful Kratochvíle chateau, a natural swimming pool with the Podroužek campsite or the Archeopark above the town.
