Beautiful, spacious and tastefully furnished cottage after reconstruction in 2012. The cottage is divided into two separate accommodation units, each with its own entrance, which you can also rent under a separate name:

The right part of the cottage (JC 0394 A, adjacent to the village square). Entrance, hall with storage space. Large living room with dining table for 12 people, seating group, kitchen and tiled stove. Kitchenette with stove (gas), oven, refrigerator with freezer and utensils. Separate bathroom with shower, sink, urinal and toilet. In the attic there are three separate bedrooms. First bedroom with a double bed, one single bed and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Second bedroom with two double beds. Third bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Heating of each half of the cottage with a tiled stove with hot air distribution. Water heating by gas.
Guests have at their disposal a large fenced garden with two covered pergolas (each with a sitting area, gas grill or fireplace), as well as sitting by the fireplace, for children there are climbing frames, a slide, a sandpit and swings. Parking in front of the cottage for up to 10 cars.

Note on accommodation
Pets allowed ( CZK 100,-/day, possible only in apartment A). Baby cot on request. Energy consumption (gas, water, electricity) is paid on the spot according to actual consumption. The cottage is not intentionally equipped with electronics or WiFi. The house works as an island system without connection to the distribution network and is equipped with a drinking water treatment plant! We ask guests to save on electricity consumption, it is not possible to charge electric cars or e-bikes in the building.

The cleaning fee is CZK 2,200,-/ object (the accommodated person cleans the kitchen and washes the stove and pulls off the sheets). When you have a dog, an additional cleaning fee up to CZK 500,- may be required. Own bed linen or for a fee of CZK 120,-/piece on the spot (if the client has his own bed linen, he will receive a borrowed sheet for a fee - CZK 60,-, this fee is mandatory).
Price list of wood for heating (in case of use)
Fee for wood for fireplaces: CZK 1,500 / m3 (according to consumption) - the approximate price of wood for heating is approx. CZK 100-150 per day and apartment (depending on climatic conditions)
Pizza oven wood fee: CZK 1,900 / m3 (according to consumption)
Firewood fee: CZK 1,200 / m3 (according to consumption)
Charcoal fee: CZK 50 / bag
Refundable deposit CZK 3,000 (in case of accommodation dogs a deposit of CZK 4,000).
The price of the stay is valid when occupied by 20 people. Another 4 people are for an additional CZK 150,-/ person / night (each on an extra bed). Maximum occupancy 20 people + 4 people on an extra bed + baby. The minimum short stay (incl. Weekend) is 3 nights!

In the Pilsen region, 7 km south of the town of Sušice and 30 km northwest of Vimperk. The settlement is located in a very quiet location surrounded by forests, on the edge of the Šumava National Park. Those who are attracted by natural beauty will certainly be pleased. Sušice is nicknamed ‘Šumava Gate‘, there are many nature trails, opportunities for hiking and biking tours and countless cross-country trails in the winter months. Also boaters can enjoy themself, because they can yous Otava river for rafting. If you do not want to go to the river with your children, you can visit one of the nearby water parks in the towns of Sušice and Horažďovice, or the outdoor swimming pool in Hartmanice. You can enjoy the view of the Šumava countryside from the Na Sedle lookout tower (3 km) or from the Svatobor lookout tower (12 km). If you are more interested in historical monuments, you should not miss Kašperk Castle (3 km), Velhartice Castle and Chateau (20 km), or the Šumava Museum, which is located on the square in Sušice.
