Detached villa, renovated in 2010, with a closed garden / courtyard. The house is divided into 3 separate living units, 2 of which have their own entrance from the courtyard and the third has a common room from which the owner of the house has access to his apartment. The house is rented as a unit or divided into separate apartments (codes ZC 0043 A, ZC 0043 B, and ZC 0043 C).
The apartment No. 4 (ZC 0043C) on the 1st floor can be reached via a spiral staircase from the courtyard. Kitchenette with two cooking plates, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Living room with a double bed, a table with seat and LCD TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Suitable for 2 persons.
There is a large shared lounge with seating, which is equipped with an LCD TV, a stereo and a kitchenette with two hobs, a fridge, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a beer tap. Ideal for meeting, watching games and so on. The owner offers local beer from the barrel or a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks according to the local price list (possibility to buy local products).

A visit to the famous spa town of Mariánské Lázně, where you can enjoy and relax, spa treatments, an 18-hole golf course, an outdoor pool, a singing fountain or even a smaller ski area for families with children, is definitely a visit worth. In addition, Kynzvart Castle with its nearby spa town, the spa town of Franzenbad and the world-famous spa town of Karelsbad are highly recommended.
