Kitchen with dining area and electric cooker with four gas burners, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker. Living / bedroom with sitting area, double bed and TV-SAT. Second bedroom / living room with double sofa bed, sitting area and TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Hallway, second bathroom with massage bathtub for two persons, shower, sink, toilet and sauna. Upstairs hall with seating (fold-out-couch as double bed) and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker. Bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. Spacious living / bedroom with three double beds, one fold, satellite TV with video and DVD. Third spacious bathroom with seating, infra-sauna, bath, shower, sink and toilet. Central heating with wood / coal. You have a spacious enclosed yard with automatic driveway gate, a terrace with 30 m2, a covered terrace with 80 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and large indoor swimming pool 8 x 3,3 x 1,5 m with filtration at disposal ( unheated, in operation from May until September). Private parking.

    Note on accommodation

    Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. There are two washing machines in the house. Non smoking house (smoking is permitted on the porch). The owner of the house has some rooms in the house which are closed. Electricity over 50 kWh per week and fire wood shall be paid on the spot. Clients have to take their own bedlinen or rent it for fee EUR 3,- / set by owners. Stays run from Sunday to Sunday. The house is suitable for a maximum of 12 persons and 2 children.

      Pluses
      Příjemné ubytování, prostorné, krásné čisté koupelny. Nádherný bazén, ale chtělo by to vyhřívání.

      Komunikace s predavajicimi zcela bez problémů. Čistota, vybavení bez vad.
      Minuses
      Trochu chladnější bazén, ale dalo se. Každý má jiné hranice.

      Pluses
      Majitelé objektu jsou velice příjemní lidé, objekt je v klidné malé vesničce. Pro rodinu s dětmi značka ideál. Byly jsme tu tři rodiny a nijak jsme se neomezovali.
      Minuses
      Ubytování jsme si vybrali hlavně pro bazén, který bohužel celý týden byl z technických důvodů mimo provoz. Zabavit děti, které se těšily hlavně do bazénu bylo docela náročné, ale i přes tento problém jsme byli všichni s ubytováním spokojeni.

      Vybavení objektu, čistota, dostatek soukromí. V případě potřeby velmi doporučuji komunikovat pouze s partnerkou pronajímatele.
