Free standing bungalow, renovated in 2002, all rooms in one plain. Entrance, verandah with sitting, living room with sitting suit, dining nook, TV with satellite and radio. Nice kitchen with electric cooker, digestor, fridge with freezer, dish washer, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with double bed and third via with one bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Non-fenced garden with garden furniture, parasol and garden grill. Electric heating. Own parking-site.

No pets allowed. 2 canoes available for free after agreement with the landlord. In basement special room where it is possible to leave canoes, bikes etc. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of small village Cernovice, by large holiday dam Hracholusky, ca 25 km west of town Pilsen. House stands at the edge of forest, on the lakefront. Swimming, water sports and beach only 400 m. Shop 6 km, restaurants 4 and 15 km. Open-air pool with slip 7 km. Out-door pool, in-door pool and sauna 23 km. Tennis 8 km, horse riding 5 km, boat and treddle renting 7 km. You can also go on steamboat trip on holiday dam Hracholusky. Fishing possible – on request by booking. Sport ground ca 20 m from the house.
