Free-standing, renovated cottage with pergola, standing in the separate part of the fenced garden, in which stands the house. In the cottage available: dining table, sofa (serves as a fold-out double bed 140 cm wide) and TV. Open kitchen with two hotplates, refrigerator, tea kettle and coffee maker. Bedroom with double bed. Simple shower and toilet. Heating with a wood stove. Garden with terrace and pergola, wooden garden furniture and a nice garden fireplace. Parking in front of the cottage in fenced garden.

In South Bohemia, on the edge of the town Jindrichuv Hradec, on the bank of the pond „Vajgar“ with a beautiful view into the garden and of the pond. Quiet place with absolute privacy! Location is perfect for catching fish and ideal for walking, cycling, swimming or taking of various trips into the beautiful nature and interesting surroundings. In this area there are found many historical and cultural sightseeings – e. g. town and chateau Jindrichuv Hradec 1,5 km, chateau Zirovnice 17 km, spa town and the chateau Trebon 26 km, town and castle Telc 40 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou 56 km.
Distances: Shops, restaurants, supermarket, renting of bicycles and other facilities 500 m - 1 km. Aquapark 1 km, tennis court 500 m and 2 km, horse riding (Otin) 2 km, swimming and water sports running in the former sand quarry 3 km, golf course (Bystrice) 17 km. Fishing (with a permit) directly at the door only 15 m! -
