Holiday home with a private enclosed courtyard where you have complete privacy. Entrance, living room connected with kitchen. In the living room seating for 7 people, satellite TV and DVD, radio, fireplace and bar. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. The living room has access to the sauna. A second shower. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms, the first with two single beds (the possibility of a double bed) and two fold-out single beds. Second bedroom with two single beds and a fold-out bed. The house is divided into two parts, the second part is accessible from the second bedroom or from the terrace via a private staircase. In the second part you will find another two bedrooms. First bedroom with a smaller double bed (140 cm) and a fold-out bed and access to the second bedroom with a smaller double bed (140 cm), a single folding bed and access to the balcony overlooking the mountain Rip. Second separate toilet. Heating is central and through a wood burning stove. Guests have a closed courtyard with seating, barbecue, swimming pool (diameter 2.4 m), children's sandpit, slide and trampoline. Parking for a car in the yard, more parking in front of the house.

On the border between central and northern Bohemia, in a unique location near the mountain Rip, known from the Czech history. The house is located in a small village just a few hundred meters from the famous mountain. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and exploring the surroundings. Among the old monuments in the area we call the water castle Budyně nad Ohri (16 km), the castle Melnik (17 km) or the castle Kokorin (32 km) in the middle of the nature reserve of the same name. Your children will appreciate the swimming pool in Roudnice nad Labem (8 km) or the indoor pool in Melnik (17 km). In Roudnice nad Labem you will also find a natural swimming area. In the immediate vicinity your children can ride (Straškov - 3 km). For golf lovers there is the golf course Beřovice (19 km).
