Detached double cottage on its own land, with two terraces with seating and a fully fenced yard. The cottage is divided into two halves, you occupy the left half with its own terraces and separate access. Thanks to the walls (wood/brick) you have guaranteed privacy inside and outside. Entrance, spacious living room connected with dining room and kitchen. In the living room there is a seating group for 6 persons (also an extra bed for 2 persons), coffee table, fireplace (unusable), dining table for 7 persons and wood stove. Kitchen with stove (gas), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and tableware. In the attic is a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a TV with a DVD. Separate porch serves as another bedroom with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Building is heated with a local solid fuel stove. Guests have at their disposal covered terrace with a seating area and a view of the Lipno Dam, as well as the second fully fenced terrace with a seating area and a stone grill. Parking above the cottage on private area for 3 cars.

Pets are allowed (for a fee). Consumption of electricity is paid on the spot before departure. Bed linen and tea towels included. Refundable deposit 3000, - CZK. Wood in case of interest for a fee of CZK 1000,-.Next to the cottage is a separate extension, which is locked (landlord belongings). The landlord provides boat for 4 persons. The landlord can wash your clothes after agreement. From January to March in case of snow it is necessary to pay a fee of 1 500, - / day for snow plough, which is paid on the spot (if necessary).The guests are asked to bring slippers with them and change the shoes. The house is suitable for 4 persons + 2 persons on a sofa bed in the second bedroom + 2 persons on a sofa bed in the living room.

In South Bohemia, in a lucrative location right by the Lipno Dam, a quiet place in a small cottage area Hruštice, 2 km south of the village Kovářov, halfway between Černá v Pošumaví and Frymburk (both 9 km). The cottage is only 20 meters from the dam with the possibility of swimming and fishing on the sandy beach. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the Lipno lake, meadows, forests and peaks of the Šumava National Park. You can swim, surf and do other water sports in the lake. It is an ideal place for cycling, sightseeing or steamboat rides on Lipno. We definitely recommend a family trip to the Treetop Walk (17 km), Fun Spot Lipno adventure minigolf and lego-world (Lipno nad Vltavou) 16 km. In Černá v Pošumaví you can rent pedal boats and catamarans (9 km). Out of the historical sights you can’t miss the Vyšší Brod Monastery (27 km), Rožmberk Castle (27 km) and of course the historic town of Český Krumlov and its chateau (30 km). Forest 300 m.
