Freestanding cottage is situated in a pine forest, on which the area is very rich. Cottage has all the rooms in one level. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, satellite TV and access to a large terrace, where is a wonderfully quiet sitting area overlooking the forest. Open kitchen with electric stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Two bedrooms - each with one double bed. Gas central heating. The spacious terrace with garden furniture, parasol and a portable garden grill. Round the cottage is a fenced garden, where is a sand pit and swing at disposal. Own parking.

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking facility. The washing machine to disposal. At the same land stands another small bungalow, where can sometimes stay the landlord or his family. Gas consumption (for heating) and electricity consumption above 50 kWh per week shall paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for maximum 4 persons + baby.

In central Bohemia, in the known and very popular recreation area near the lake Machovo, in the village of Stare Splavy, about 12 km southeast of the town Ceska Lipa, and only 70 km from the capital city of Prague. Amazing location in the recreational resort just 300 meters from the shore of the lake Machovo - a huge recreational lake with a sandy beach where you can swim and do water sports. Sandy beach gradually slopes into a water, and therefore offers ideal conditions for swimming and for families with young children. You can also rent boats and pedal boats or take a scenic cruise. Quiet location in a pine forest, from the terrace you have a wonderful view in the forest. The whole area offers excellent conditions for swimming, hiking, biking and making many various trips. Castle Bezdez 12 km, Ceska Lipa monastery 14 km, the castles Zakupy and Lemberk 30 km, castle and town Mlada Boleslav 28 km.
Distances: In a distancence of 500 m you will find all the facilities – shops, restaurnts, post, exchange office, bank and much more. Tennis court, minigolf and bicycle rental 200 m. Swimming, running water sports, sandy beach and boat rental 400 m. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and pearl massages at the hotel Bezdez 100 m. Horse riding (Vrchovany) 7 km and western horse riding (Ceska Lipa) 14 km. Fishing (permits required) in ponds in the vicinity (Stare Splavy) 1 km or (Obora) 4 km.
