Pleasantly and cleanly furnished cottage with a terrace and after reconstruction, divided into 4 separate apartments, which are always offered to only one group as a whole. The guests thus have accommodation only for themselves. Each apartment has its own bedroom with 4 beds, a kitchen (with a microwave oven, refrigerator and kitchen equipment), a TV and a bathroom with a toilet. The total capacity of the facility is therefore 16 beds. The possibility to sit in the common room with a fireplace and a tap for beer. A terrace with a garden grill is available. Parking by the cottage.

Accommodation is located in Dolní Rokytnice, part of the well-known tourist destination Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The area is visited by tourists especially in winter thanks to the many ski areas and good conditions for winter sports. However, summer stays for the purpose of active tourism and discovering local attractions in the beautiful countryside are also coming to the fore. The Mumlavský waterfall (15 km) and the Pančava waterfall (13 km), Labe spring, the Jára Cimrman museum (12 km), the Labská dam (13 km) or the Vrchlabí castle (26 km) are worth mentioning.
