The cottage is suitable for 2 smaller families, a group of friends or someone who appreciates the privacy. Entrance, hall with stairs. Separate toilet. Living room with sitting area and fireplace. Bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and second toilet. From the corridor, stairs to the 1st floor. Bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony with seating. Second living room with sitting area, satellite TV and home theater. Kitchen with four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and kettle. Dining area for 7 persons. From the living room stairs to the roof level with a small bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a double bed, a small extra bed for child up to 12 years and access to the second balcony with seating and beautiful views. Central gas heating. The garden is not fenced, you have a covered terrace with garden furniture, portable barbecue, fireplace with seating and sandpit. Parking for 2 cars.

Baby cot on request. Pet by prior agreement and for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. The deposit should be paid locally to the landlord. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, 1 child up to 12 years + 1 baby.

Almost allone standing holiday house, on the edge of the Giant Mountains National Park, in the middle of the hills, overlooking the mountains, forests and meadows. The house is located near the town of Benecko, in the ski resort of the same name, about 6 km north of the city Jilemnice. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and practicing various sports, visiting local attractions, ideal location for a pleasant family holiday. A visit to the observation tower Zaly, about 2 km away and 60 minutes walk away, is highly recommended. The famous castle Jilemnice (6 km), where you can also find the Museum of the Giant Mountains. Further, for example, Kotelsko prospect (2 km), the ruins of Stepanice (2 km), a family brewery Hendrych (9 km), Mladkov Castle (10 km), a natural monument on the river Elbe (12 km), the Bozkov Caves (24 km ), the tower Kumburk (24 km), castle Pecka (32 km) or the famous zoo Safari Dvur Kralove nad Labem (39 km).
