Free-standing cottage, cosily furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with sitting area, fireplace, TV and access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the calming view of the water. Kitchen with dining table, electric stove with three hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Toilet with a wash-basin. In the attic there are three bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom with one single bed, possibility to one extra bed and the second sitting area. Via this bedroom is access to the other two bedrooms – one with a double and the other with one double bed and one single bed. Via a steep stairs you get to the basement, where is a shower and a storage room for e.g. a ship. The central heating connected to the fireplace. Cottage stands on its own, non-fenced ground, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill and fireplace at disposal. Parking in front of the house.

Cot on request. No pets allowed. A canoe and table tennis free at disposal. In the price is included one big basket of firewood (higher consumption shall be paid on the spot EUR 8,-/basket). The consumption of electricity will be paid on the spot. Cottage is suitable for maximum of 6/7 persons + 1 baby.
Prices in the price list are scheduled for the occupation with maximum of 6 persons + 1 baby. One person extra for a fee on the spot EUR 40,-/week.Price

This cottage has really an amazing location! In southern Bohemia, at the forest, direct on the bank of a recreational pond „Komornik“, in which you can swim and run the water sports. Cottage stands on the edge of a pleasant chalet collony, ca. 2 km north of the town Kunzak, about 17 km east of the city Jindrichuv Hradec and only 19 km from the border with Austria. Very quiet place with a fantastic view of the pond and forest. Ideal for relaxing, swimming, walking, cycling and taking of various trips. The area is rich in ponds and forests and there are also found many cultural and historic sightseeings. E.g. historic town and castle Jindrichuv Hradec 17 km, town and castle Telc (also protected by UNESCO) 25 km, chateau Zirovnice 18 km, castle and beautiful town Dacice 21 km, ruins of castle Landstejn 17 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant (Kunzak) 2 km. In summer is one restaurant open just 500 m from the cottage. Supermarket (Jindrichuv Hradec) 17 km. Swimming, water sports running, beach, private stage and a private access to the water with sand ground directly in front of your door! Renting of boats in the camp 500 m.
