In 2017 newly built, luxurius mountain house situated on a private plot on a southwest slope in a quiet area. The mountain house is nicely and comfortably furnished (95m2), with four terraces, and a 49m2 garage is hidden on the underground floor which opens with a remote control. Entrance upstairs to the hall, corridor, first cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker (2 hotplates) and hot-air oven with grill function, hood and kettle. From the kitchen access to one of the terraces. The living room features a satellite TV, two armchairs and a sofa. From the living room access to the second terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed bunk (160x200, for 4 people) with access to its own terrace. The second bedroom has access to the third bedroom and is partly separated, the bedroom is equipped with one double bed (160x200). Third bedroom with own terrace and one double bed (160x200) and own dressing room. Cloakroom will provide you with sufficient storage space for your luggage. Bathroom with underfloor heating, spacious shower, sink and toilet. The building is heated by electric heating. In the spacious garage you can park your car, store skis or bicycles. Parking in the garage or on the land next to the property. The house stands on an unfenced land in close proximity to the neighboring mountain houses.

The building is located near Klinovec Ski Resort and Klínovec Mountain (1244 m), on the border with Germany, about 35 km northeast from Karlovy Vary - a luxury spa. From the balcony of the mountain house is a beautiful view on the surrounding landscape of the Ore Mountains.
