Free standing, luxurious villa divided into two separate suites - each with its own entrance. The interior of the villa is very beautiful and luxurious, perfectly refined to a smallest detail.
Appartment B the attic: Entrance and stairs to the first floor. Living room with sofa, SAT TV and DVD, fireplace and access to the balcony. Luxurious open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Separate dining room. Beautiful imitation of the tile kiln. Luxury bathroom with two washbasins, shower and whirlpool. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds, second bedroom with two single beds, bunk bed and extra bed (max 50 kg).
Both apartments are heated by a central gas heating with thermostat, partly floor heating. Large garden with ornamental pond is fenced along. For both apartments there is a round bathing pond (July and August only), garden furniture with parasol, fireplace, table tennis (July and August only) at disposal. Note on accommodation
The apartment ist suitable up to 6 persons and 3 children (max. 50 kg), but it can be rented together with the other apartment, which you find under the code KH 0002 A. The whole villa (KH 0002) is then ideal for two friendly families. Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking facility. Guests are asked to take their own bedlinen, or they can rent it for a fee of EUR 8,-/person. The consumption of electricity, water and gas shall be paid on the spot. The owner is sometimes in the back of the building for service and maintenance of the pool. Wi-fi throughout the building is available free of charge.

In the Ore mountains, on the outskirts of the village Hroznetin, ca. 10 km north of the famous and luxurious spa Karlovy Vary, about 16 km from the border to Germany. From the villa there is a wonderful view of the panorama of the Ore mountains. Absolutely fantastic area has much to offer both to young or those to be born before, great possibilities of activities both in summer and winter. Hiking and biking, swimming, historical and cultural monuments, many various trips. This area is especially known for a beautiful mountain scenery and beautiful spa towns with healing springs. The most famous are Karlovy Vary 10 km, Marianske Lazne 60 km and Jachymov 9 km. You can also visit the ruins of Andelska Hora 20 km, castle Becov 31 km or the castle Klasterec nad Ohri 25 km, castle Loket 20 km, „Svatosske“ rocks 15 km, natural reservoir SOOS with the muds vulcans (Frantiskovy Lazne) 46 km, moor (Bozi Dar) 20 km.
Distances: Basic food, restaurant and tennis court 500 m. Supermarket, aquapark and other facillities (Ostrov) 4 km. Swimming, surfing, making water sports and boat rental – in ponds 3 and 6 km.
