Free standing, very spacious house with living area almost 405 m2! Entrance to the glassed veranda with sitting. On ground floor there is: social room with sitting suit, bar and table tennis. Kitchen with a sofa, dining table, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Dining room with dining tables, fireplace and sat-TV. Hall with sitting area and three bedrooms – each with one double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet and other two separate toilets. Upstairs there is a living room with sitting suit, billiard, sat-TV with video and three apartments. Apartment 1 and 2 are equipped with small kitchen nook, sitting, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (both with one double bed). In the apartment 3 you have at disposal a small kitchen nook, sitting, shower, toilet and bedroom with one double bed. Central heating (the landlord takes care for heating). Large, well-kept garden with a small ornamental pond. There is a covered terrace, garden furniture with parasol, garden fireplace and nice swimming pool 12 x 6 m at your disposal. Plenty of fun for for children (sand pit, swing, carousal and garden house). Own parking-site for 8-10 cars.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. No pets allowed. Washing machine at disposal. The landlord comes to the house every day to take care of the garden, pool and the heating. In agreement with the landlort and for a fee there is possibility to rent some bikes (EUR 15,-/ bike/week) or arrange various actvities - f. e. pork grilling. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot (50 kWh per week is in price included). The house is suitable for a maximum of 10/16 persons. Prices in the price list are scheduled for the occupation with 11-16 persons. In case there are only 10 and less persons, you will pay the following prices: 4.7.-22.8.2015 EUR 980,-/week; 27.6.-4.7.2015 + 22.8.-29.8.2015 EUR 900,-/week; 30.5.-27.6.2015 + 29.8.-26.9.2015 + 25.4.-2.5.2015 + 10.10.-31.10.2015 EUR 655,-/week; 2.5.-30.5.2015 + 26.9.-10.10.2015 EUR 590,-/week; January EUR 725,-/week; February and March EUR 895,-/week; Christmas EUR 975,-/week; New Year's Eve EUR 1155,-/week; another winter dates EUR 725,-/week.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of village Dehetna, ca 10 south of the town Bor by Tachov and only 30 km from border to Germany (check-point Waidhaus). Very calm location with the beautiful view of surrounding area. The surroundings offers good enjoyment possibilities for both, the young and the elderly, many sport activities or many various trips. Ideal conditions for hiking, picking of forest fruits, cycling, swimming, fishing, horseback riding and other activities. In the surrounding there are found many cultural and historical sightseeings such as the ruins Primda 13 km, castle Horsovsky Tyn 21 km, castle and historic town Domazlice 35 km, monastery Kladruby 20 km, spa town Marianske Lazne 36 km.

Winter info: Ski area Primda with two ski lifts and ski slope 13 km (ski service, ski renting, snowtubing and prepared cross-country-trails).
