Description of accommodation

Free-standing house, a former farm with a closed farmyard. Farm consists of a main building built into the shape of a letter "L" and outbuildings, most rooms are accessible directly from farmyard. The place consists of the entry to the farmyard, entrance to the hall, living room with sofa for 5 persons, fireplace stove and TV/SAT, DVD and video players. Back side of the hall is separated with a curtain and offers a queen size bed and television with a satellite. Bedroom has a king size bed. The access to the bathroom goes either from the mentioned bedroom or from the farmyard. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separated. To get to the other part of the building you go through a covered terrace (a pergola). Here you can find a really spacious kitchen (works as a living room too) with a dining table for 6 persons and absolutely complete equipment - an electric cooker with oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. In another small house in the lower part of the courtyard there is a living bedroom with a sofa (can be used as a double bed too), sitting area, fireplace stove and television with satellite. Another bedroom offers a king size bed and there is also an entry to the garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is being heated up by the fireplace stove or there is also an electric heating system. On the farmyard and the garden next to it you can use the garden furniture with a parasol, garden grill and a round pool with a diameter of 3.5 m x 0,70 m. You can park your car at the farmyard or at the barn where you can also play a table tennis.

Note on accommodation

Little dog allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. There is a washing machine available and for a fee also Wifi connection (€ 5,-/week). Baby cot on request. Extra fee for the final cleaning EUR 33,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons.

In central Bohemia, at the border of the village Nalzovice, about 7 km north of the town Sedlcany and only 50 km from Prague. Calm place with an absolute privacy, view of the closed farmyard with a lots of green. The place is ideal for families with children. The beautiful nature around offers many forests with many forests, there are also good conditions for hiking, cycling, swimming and various trips - for example, Castles Sedlcany 7 km, Vrchotovy Janovice 17 km, 40 km Jemniste a well-known hunting chateau Konopiste 30 km.
Distances: The essential grocery and restaurant and tennis court are right in the village (500 m), supermarket (Sedlcany) 7 km. Swimming, water sports, renting pedal boats and a sightseeing trips on the steamer are possible in Slapska dam 4 km. Fishing (with a permit) and swimming in the pond, 2 km. Horse riding (Krepenice) 2 km. You can also enjoy sightseeing flights at the airport (Nesvacily) 30 km. The forest is 1 km far.
