Free-standing cottage, nicely and comfortably furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with sitting area, dining table, fireplace, sat-TV and DVD. The living room is open connected with a kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with tub, separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is a small hall and other two cozy bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second with one double bed and two single beds. Electric heating, partly floor-heating, and the possibility of heating with the fireplace. Cottage stands on its own ground, there is a very nice terrace with garden furniture, parasol and portable grill at disposal. On the ground is also a fireplace available. Own parking lot.

One small dog (really only a small breed) allowed. Non-smoking property. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week and the consumption of wood for fireplace (EUR 4,-/box – it is enough for about 2 days) shall be paid on the spot. Cottage is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons + baby.

In the Jizera Mountains, almost lonely standing, near the village Smrzovka, ca. 5 km east of the town Jablonec nad Nisou and only about 23 km from the famous winter resort Harrachov and from the border to Poland. The house stands in the countryside, on a very quiet place, at an altitude of about 700 m above the sea level, with a beautiful soothing view of green - you can not see any houses, but only the forest, meadows and rocks behind the chalet. The absolute advantage of this house is its location – you are alone and enjoy absolute privacy and nevertheless shops and civilization are only 500 m distant. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming or taking of various trips – e. g. castle Frydstejn 15 km, cableway to the mountain „Jested“ 17 km, chateau Hruby Rohozec 23 km, ruin of castle Valdstejn 26 km, protected landscape area „Cesky raj“ (the Bohemian Paradise) with famous sandstone rocks and rock formations, castles Trosky and Kost and ruin of castle Humprecht and chateau Hruba Skala 15 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant 500 m, supermarket (Jablonec) 5 km. Here you find also aquapark, indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, renting of bicycles and a lake with the possibility to swimming, water sports running, renting of boats and also fishing (with a permit). Horse riding 300 m. Golf course (Rozstani) 28 km. The forest 10 m.
