Entry, living room with four arm-chairs, fire stove, TV, dining table for 8 persons and access to covered terrace. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and tea kettle. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms – each with one double bed, two single beds and one extra bed. Heating with wood. Around the cottage huge property 20 000 m2! Children can enjoy it here at maximum level. Garden furniture, mobile grill, fire pit and sand pit. Enough space for parking.

Pets not allowed. Small boat available for free. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for max. 8/10 persons. In East Bohemia, in a wilderness, near a forest and three small ponds, ca 2 km from small village Horní Krupá and ca 10 km north of town Havlickuv Brod. Very calm place in the middle of nature, by a cottage there is a large meadow and play ground. Nice view of meadows, forests and three ponds (in one of them You can see a imitation of a monster from Loch Ness lake).
Distances: Grocery shop (Horni Krupa) 2 km. Supermarket and restaurant, furhter out- and in-door pool with sauna (Havlickuv Brod) 10 km. Tennis (Horni Krupa) 2 km, horse riding (Kraty) 3 km. Swimming and water sports in pond „Pod Zálesím“ 150 m. Fishing possible after agreement with the landlord and for fee 50 m. Forest directly behind the cottage 10 m.
