Beautiful view of Lipno Lake thanks to perfect location. There are enough supervised parking places in this area. Landal park Marina Lipno with inside swimming pool and children’s club 100 m from this area. Yacht club with sailboats for rent and beach next to the port. Restaurant Neptunus on the walk, where you can enjoy having a drink and admiring beautiful view at the same time. Shops, restaurants and info centre on the walk. You can find here all you need for spending a beautiful holiday. Sauna, massage, gambling-club, buffet with sitting possibilities by swimming pool, Bollo club – club for kids with everyday program during holiday.

Kitchen with ceramic hob, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle. One bedroom with two beds, second bedroom with bunk bed (80 x 200 cm). Bathroom with bath, shower and two basins. Separate toilet. Corner terrace 9 m2. Floor heating.

Note on accommodation

Clients of Lipno Lake Resort have for free at disposal: outdoor heated swimming pool (18 m x 9 m x 1,35 m), round paddling pool (section 5,5 m x 0,30 m), sports field, children's playground, petanque court, parking, WiFi.
The area of pool and paddling pool is fenced, usage, swimming and bathing is at your own risk. The swimming pool is opened daily from June until September: in the high season from 10 a. m. to 8 p. m. (July, August), in the low season from 9 a. m. until 6 p. m. (June and September). Clients have at their disposal also toilettes, locker room, several pool chairs around the pool. At the pool is also a kiosk, where you can enjoy a drink or snack in the high season (July, August). From October until May, when the outside pool is not in the operation, can clients of Lipno Lake Resort use an indoor swimming pool in Aquaworld (for free, following opening hours and terms of use and conditions of Aquaworld).

Lipno Lake Resort is located in the heart of the Bohemian Forest, not far from Austria and Germany. This resort sits right on the bank of Lipno Lake, in the middle of beautiful countryside of the Bohemian Forest; ideal location for restful holiday. Water sports possibilities. Beautiful towns to see – Cesky Krumlov and Ceske Budejovice. Bikes, beach sun beds, pedal boats, canoes and kayaks for rent on the spot or in the neighbourhood. Very nice natural trails in the neighbourhood, possibility to go by kayak or air-raft down the river Vltava. Golf course with 9 holes, which is located in hilly countryside, is a challenge for all golf lovers. Horse riding in close village Studanky.
Winter info: Skiing in Kramolin in winter (lift near this place). Skis for both downhill skiing and cross-country skiing and snowboards for rent on the spot or in the neighbourhood.
